Our websites use cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on the user’s data medium and exchange certain settings and data with our systems via the user’s browser. A cookie typically contains the name of the domain from which the cookie data was sent, information about the age of the cookie and an alphanumeric identifier. Cookies enable us to enhance your user experience and make it easier for you to use the website, for example by saving certain information so that you do not have to re-enter it.
The legal basis for using the cookies described below is Art. 6 (1) f) of the GDPR, “Legitimate Interest”.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing cookies in forms
We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing forms on our website. These allow us to transfer data input from the website directly into our CRM system. When you submit a form, Dynamics 365 Marketing correlates the cookie ID with the incoming contact data. In this way the cookie ID becomes mapped to a Dynamics 365 Marketing contact ID. This allows us to determine which browser the user was using when completing the registration form. This data is used to analyse how users access the form pages on our website and to provide you with a personalised experience.
If these cookies are not used, it would not be possible to access the registration forms and thus to register for our marketing mailings. Likewise, existing data could not be processed in the subscription centre (management of newsletter subscriptions or updating of personal data).

Long-term behavioural-analysis cookie: This cookie is set and/or read on any webpage where you have placed a Dynamics 365 Marketing website behavioural-analysis script. It enables Dynamics 365 Marketing to score leads based on the level of interaction with a given website. The cookie contains no personal information, but does uniquely identify a specific browser on a specific machine, and Dynamics 365 Marketing can use it to correlate this ID with an actual contact in the Dynamics 365 Marketing database. |

Short-term, single-visit cookie: This cookie is also set and/or read on any webpage where you have placed a Dynamics 365 Marketing website behavioural-analysis script. By default, it expires after 30 minutes. Dynamics 365 Marketing uses it to group all page loads by a given visitor that are recorded by the same behavioural-analysis script and that occur within the configured timeframe. It will consider all of these as part of a single “visit” to the website. |

Microsoft Customer Voice
The Microsoft "Customer Voice" application is used to conduct surveys. The voice of the customer is obtained and the customer is asked about his or her wishes, expectations and ideas.
